We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Any ebike order cancellation before shipment will be charged an 10% process fee, and customers can only get a 90% refund of the total order price.

Model change

If it is not a quality problem, the product will not be returned or exchanged after receiving it.

To be eligible for replacement, the bicycle must have not been used within 14 days, be free of dirt, dust or any fragrance, and be packaged and in the same condition as when you received it.

If you request to replace the model within 14 days after receiving the goods, you will need to bear the round-trip shipping cost, a total of 400$ (the shipping fee for the returned model: $200, the shipping fee for the new model: $200). After 15 days, the bicycle shall not be changed under any circumstances.

Refund
